Crunchy Hazelnut, Chocolate and Mango Baked Oats
Are you looking for a new breakfast cereal to add into your routine??
Ingredients:
- 750g rolled oats
- 200g saltanas
- 100g choc chips
- 100g hazelnuts
- 130g dried mango (chopped)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
1.) Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius.
2.) In a large mixing bowel, measure and place all dry ingredients in, and stir until well distributed.
3.) Measure out honey, and gently pour over dry ingredient for an even distribution.
4.) Using a spatula, stir until ingredients are well combined.
5.) Gently spread the oat mix onto the baking tray, and apply light pressure to pack down the ingredients.
6.) Bake oats for 20-25 minutes, or until desired level of crunchiness/golden appearance.
